Diet, lifestyle, stress and mental and emotional issues are addressed. Blood work is reviewed. Then the beginning of your individualised wellness program is discussed. Helen also dispenses Practitioner Only Metagenics Formulas and supplementation and Panaxea TCM Prescriptions.
